This document constitutes the legally binding agreement between you and pinayvip governing your access to and use of the platform. Please read it carefully before creating an account or placing any wager.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and pinayvip ("pinayvip," "we," "us," or "our") in connection with all gaming, betting, account, and platform services made available through pinayvip.org. By accessing the platform, registering an account, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not accept these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the pinayvip platform.

References to "including" shall mean "including without limitation." Headings are for convenience only and shall not affect interpretation. Where context permits, the singular includes the plural and vice versa.
By accessing or using the pinayvip Platform in any manner — including browsing the website, registering an Account, making a deposit, or placing a wager — you agree to be unconditionally bound by these Terms, together with pinayvip's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and pinayvip. If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of a corporate entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms, and references to "you" shall apply equally to that entity.
Continued Use Constitutes Acceptance. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The effective date of the most recent version is displayed in the page header above.
pinayvip reserves the right to require you to re-confirm your acceptance of these Terms at any time, including upon a material amendment, account verification, or regulatory requirement. Failure to re-confirm acceptance when requested may result in temporary suspension of your Account pending confirmation.
21+ Age Restriction. Access to real-money gaming on the pinayvip Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older, in accordance with PAGCOR regulations and applicable Philippine law. Underage gambling is illegal and strictly prohibited. pinayvip actively employs age verification procedures and will suspend any Account where underage use is suspected or confirmed.
To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on pinayvip, you must at all times satisfy each of the following conditions:
pinayvip reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Valid forms of Philippine government-issued identification accepted for age and identity verification include, but are not limited to: Philippine Passport, UMID, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, Voter's ID, and Driver's License issued by the Land Transportation Office.
Each Player may hold only one registered Account on pinayvip. The creation of multiple, duplicate, or linked Accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. pinayvip employs technical and procedural controls to detect duplicate accounts, and any accounts identified as duplicates may be suspended and associated balances forfeited pending investigation.
When registering an Account, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, and a valid email address or Philippine mobile number. You agree to promptly update your Account information to maintain its accuracy at all times.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. pinayvip will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account. You agree to notify pinayvip immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account.
KYC Verification. Before real-money gaming activity, deposits, or withdrawals are permitted, pinayvip is required to verify your identity under PAGCOR anti-money laundering regulations. KYC verification requires submission of a valid Philippine government-issued photo identification document and, in certain circumstances, proof of residential address and source of funds documentation. Failure to complete KYC verification within the period specified by pinayvip may result in Account suspension and withholding of withdrawals pending completion.
pinayvip reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate Account registration at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide reasons, subject to applicable regulatory requirements and obligations.
All financial transactions on the pinayvip Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). pinayvip accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as published on the Platform from time to time. Minimum and maximum deposit limits applicable to each payment method are displayed in the Platform's banking section and are subject to change without prior notice.
Deposits are credited to your Account upon confirmed receipt of cleared funds. pinayvip does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources — all deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits made from a payment method not registered in the Account holder's name are subject to reversal and may trigger an enhanced KYC review.
Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:
pinayvip aims to process withdrawal requests to GCash and PayMaya accounts within 30 minutes for verified accounts under standard operating conditions. Processing times for bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank may vary depending on the respective bank's settlement schedules. pinayvip shall not be liable for delays in withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers, bank maintenance windows, or factors outside pinayvip's reasonable control.
Player Fund Protection. Real Money Funds held in your pinayvip Account are maintained in accounts segregated from pinayvip's operational capital, in accordance with PAGCOR player fund protection requirements.
pinayvip may, from time to time, offer Bonus Funds, free spins, cashback amounts, reload bonuses, or other promotional incentives to eligible Players. All promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions published on the promotion's detail page at the time the promotion is active. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.
Unless expressly stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms, the following general bonus conditions apply:
Players who participate in any promotion are required to have opted in to marketing communications or specifically claimed the promotion through the mechanism specified — bonuses are not automatically applied to all accounts unless the promotion is stated to be a universal account credit.
All games available on the pinayvip Platform operate according to their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the rules of a specific game, the specific game rules govern with respect to the outcome of that game only.
Non-live casino games on pinayvip — including slots, bingo, and fishing games — use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) to determine game outcomes. RNG systems are independently audited by accredited testing laboratories to confirm statistical fairness and compliance with PAGCOR certification requirements. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages applicable to each game title are based on theoretical long-run statistical models and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
Live dealer games are facilitated by accredited live dealer studios. The conduct of all live dealer game sessions is subject to the rules established by the relevant game studio provider, in addition to pinayvip's general terms. Live game outcomes are final once confirmed by the live dealer and the game management system.
Game Outcome Finality. Game results are final and binding upon settlement by the Platform. pinayvip will only reconsider a settled game outcome in the event of a documented, verifiable technical malfunction that materially affected the outcome of that specific game round. Claims of technical malfunction must be submitted to pinayvip support within 48 hours of the game session in question. pinayvip's determination following review is final, subject to any regulatory escalation rights available under PAGCOR rules.
Sports betting markets are governed by specific sports betting rules published on the Platform. In-play bets are subject to the outcome as determined by the relevant official sporting authority or statistical data provider used by pinayvip. pinayvip reserves the right to void a bet placed at an obviously incorrect price due to a system error or data feed error, with any staked amount refunded to the Player's Account.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pinayvip Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms, which may result in immediate Account suspension, voiding of all pending bets and bonuses, forfeiture of Account balance pending investigation, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:
Anti-Money Laundering Obligations. pinayvip is subject to Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) obligations and PAGCOR regulatory requirements. pinayvip is required to report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) of the Philippines. Players must not use the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime purpose. Compliance monitoring is active at all times.
All content on the pinayvip Platform — including but not limited to the pinayvip brand name, logo, trademarks, trade dress, game content, software, graphics, text, audio, video, user interface design, and database structure — is the intellectual property of pinayvip or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
pinayvip grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to sublicense, distribute, reproduce, modify, publicly display, publicly perform, or create derivative works from any Platform content.
Any unauthorised use of pinayvip's intellectual property — including scraping, framing, mirroring, or systematic downloading of Platform content — is strictly prohibited and may constitute an infringement of applicable intellectual property rights subject to civil and criminal remedies under Philippine law.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, pinayvip's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, your Account, or your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), statute, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total Real Money Funds deposited by you to your Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
pinayvip shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if pinayvip has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Without limiting the foregoing, pinayvip shall not be liable for:
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability that cannot be excluded or limited under mandatory Philippine consumer protection or regulatory law, including liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by negligence.
pinayvip is committed to responsible gaming and the welfare of its players. The Platform provides a suite of responsible gaming tools to assist Players in managing their gambling activity, including deposit limits, session time alerts, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. These tools are accessible from your Account dashboard at any time.
Players who wish to permanently close their Account or activate a long-term self-exclusion may do so by contacting pinayvip's support team through the live chat facility. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and, once activated, cannot be reversed for the duration of the elected exclusion period. During self-exclusion, pinayvip will use reasonable technical and procedural measures to prevent the excluded Player from opening a new Account on the Platform.
PAGCOR Player Protection. pinayvip supports the PAGCOR Player Protection Programme. Players experiencing difficulty managing their gambling activity are encouraged to contact pinayvip's Responsible Gaming team or to access resources available through PAGCOR. pinayvip staff are trained to identify indicators of problem gambling behaviour and may, in appropriate circumstances, proactively contact a Player to offer responsible gaming support or to apply temporary account restrictions in the Player's interest. Such interventions are carried out in accordance with pinayvip's responsible gaming procedures and applicable PAGCOR guidelines.
pinayvip may, at its sole discretion, suspend or terminate your Account and access to the Platform at any time for any of the following reasons, without limitation:
Upon termination of your Account for cause (i.e., breach of these Terms or fraudulent conduct), pinayvip reserves the right to void all pending and settled bets under investigation, forfeit Bonus Funds, and withhold Real Money Funds pending the outcome of any investigation and satisfaction of any outstanding liability to pinayvip.
Where an Account is suspended or terminated for reasons other than breach or fraud — including at your own request or upon expiry of a self-exclusion period — any remaining verified Real Money Funds balance will be returned to you via your most recently used payment method following completion of any applicable verification procedures and deduction of any outstanding liabilities.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting pinayvip support. Voluntary account closure requests are processed within five business days. Pending bets at the time of a voluntary closure request will be settled in accordance with normal game and betting rules, with any resulting balance included in your final withdrawal.
pinayvip reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Amendments may be made to reflect changes in applicable Philippine law or PAGCOR regulations, changes to the Platform's products or services, corrections of errors or ambiguities, or other legitimate business reasons.
pinayvip will provide reasonable notice of material amendments to these Terms by publishing the updated Terms on the Platform with a revised effective date, and may additionally notify registered Players via email or in-Platform notification at its discretion. The notice period for material amendments will be not less than seven calendar days before the revised Terms take effect, except where an amendment is required on shorter notice by applicable law or regulatory directive.
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must cease using the Platform before the revised Terms take effect and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 12 of these Terms.
These Terms, and any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with them or your use of the pinayvip Platform, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
In the event of any dispute between you and pinayvip, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through pinayvip's internal dispute resolution process by contacting pinayvip support with a detailed description of your complaint. pinayvip will acknowledge your complaint within two business days and provide a substantive response within 10 business days of receipt.
If a complaint cannot be resolved through pinayvip's internal process, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR through its established player complaint channels. Players are encouraged to familiarise themselves with the PAGCOR complaint procedure applicable to PAGCOR-regulated online gaming operators.
For any dispute not resolved through the foregoing procedures, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pasay City, Metro Manila, Philippines, without prejudice to pinayvip's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent jurisdiction.

Legal notices sent by email will be acknowledged within two business days. pinayvip does not accept service of legal process by email alone; formal legal proceedings must be served in accordance with applicable Philippine rules of court procedure.

All non-live game titles on pinayvip use independently audited and certified RNG systems. Game outcomes are statistically fair and cannot be manipulated by pinayvip or any third party. Published RTP figures are based on independently verified theoretical models.

Section 14 of these Terms provides a clear, structured dispute resolution process — starting with pinayvip's internal team and escalating to PAGCOR if needed. You are not left without recourse. Every complaint is acknowledged within two business days and responded to within 10.
